What it does
The Chainway C-72 is the UHF RFID handheld used for tagging, auditing, finding and locating in the field. It has a built-in 2D scanner for barcodes and QR codes and an adjustable UHF reader (1 to 30 dBm). Download the latest app below.
Step by step
- Download the TrueStock C-72 app (APK) using the link below.
- On the device, allow installs from this source, then open the app and sign in.
- Set the reader power (1 to 30 dBm) to suit your range. You will see a confirmation.
- Use Tag, Audit, Find and Locate from the dashboard.
- Keep the app updated. Download it again when we release a new build.
Tips and good practice
- Higher power means longer range but more crowded reads; tune it per task.
- Use the scan tone for instant feedback when tagging or auditing.
- For locate, point and use the trigger to refocus on the target tag.
